Dear Members,

With profound grief and sorrow, we deeply regret to inform the passing away of Commander Kuldip Singh Dogra (01503-R) at 0450h at City Hospital, South Goa on Monday, 1st April 2024 due to Cardiac Arrest. He was 72 years of age.

Commander KS Dogra joined the Executive Branch of the Indian Navy ex-5th Course, Naval Academy on 1st April 1974. Subsequently he specialized as Long Communications and EW Officer. During his illustrious career spanning over 25 years he served onboard IN Ships Kiltan, Shakti and Beas. He later commanded a Missile Boat. He served at NHQ as ADNS and was alumni of Defense Services Staff College, Wellington, Nilgiris. Ashore he also served at Directorate of Air Force, Navy Housing Board and at DIPAC from where he proceeded on premature retirement on 15th July 1999.

Funeral and last rites of Late Commander KS Dogra will be performed under the aegis of Station Commander and Commanding Officer, INS India at 1400h at Electric Crematorium, Lodhi Road, New Delhi on Tuesday, 2nd April 2024.

We pray to Almighty God to grant eternal Peace to the noble soul of Late Commander KS Dogra at his final resting place.
